CROSS COUNTRY - The Suffolk Winter League 2009-10

Race 1 – Sunday 1^st November 2009 - Framlingham (near the Castle)

Meet at 10.00am

Assuming details are as last year then the race headquarters for Race 1

will be at the Sports Club/ground on the B1120 Badingham Road,

Framlingham. The races take place a few minutes walk away at

Framlingham Castle. The senior race usually starts at 11:00am and the

junior race either 10 minutes earlier or later. The course and conditions are

best suited to spikes as Framlingham can get very muddy. This is the course

that everyone seems to either love or hate!

It should be a maximum of 5 miles for seniors and 2.5 miles for juniors.

It's 7 men and 3 women to score in the senior races so we need a good

turnout to do well. The junior race is 3 to score.

There's no charge for the juniors but it's £3 for seniors.

Club vests must be worn.
