Ekiden marathon relay victory!

Congratulations to Andrew Rooke, Shaun Webb, Jack Garvin, Kieran Clements, Chris Rooke and Elliot Palmer for winning the Ekiden marathon relay at St Josephs on 18th July in an impressive time of 2 hrs 19 mins. We also had a second team competing and they finished a creditable 9th overall in 2 hrs 48 mins out of 84 teams that entered. Full results

Norfolk Coastal Ultra, 9th October 2010

The Norfolk Ultra is a 60 mile race over a 30 mile out and back course along the North Norfolk Coast.Though flat the course offers plenty of variety as runners will be faced with shingle, sand, trail and some pavement. There is no detailed navigations requirement.The event is supporting the East Anglian Air Ambulance. See website for more information.
